My grandma’s honda had been acting up. I called this place to get a quote, ended up bringing it in later in the week. The repair was done pretty quickly and it’s been running pretty smooth for a few weeks now

Fast service and towed my truck for free to his location. However when I went to pick it up I paid him 3400 on cash. He told me β€œthis is a lot of counting I’ll count it later here are your keys”. When I drove off he called me told me to come back that he forgot to put something on my car so I went back. He greeted me outside and took my keys away immediately and told me I was 1000 short. I told him there’s no way I counted it all and I noticed a 1000 in hundreds was no where to be found only 400 in hundreds when I paid 1400 in pure hundreds and the rest in 20s. I told him I have 600 if he could just take that and give me back my truck. He got my receipt and told me the warranty will no longer be good till I pay him the rest of the money. Question? Why would I come back if I was trying to rip you off? I would’ve just left and not answered the phone. Super shady deal now to see what crazy shit they did to my truck.

These guys know their stuff, I told them what was wrong, he told me a price, and he got it done. they even cleaned the transmission, it looks brand new under the truck. their 3 year warranty is also a peace of mind. Very straightforward guys. badass people in my opinion. thanks guys, my truck runs like a top now.

Do not walk, RUN from this place! I had my transmission replaced at Alamo Transmission, and this guy Sam, is the biggest ripoff. Buyer be warned. He purposely does work so the job fails within 3 months so you cannot dispute the charge with you credit card company. He charged me close to $5000 and offered a 3 year warranty to change the transmission on our Cadillac Escalde. Within 30 days the car was having the same issue. I took it to Westside Transmission and they gave me a computer print out showing everything wrong with the defective transmission Alamo Transmission had installed. I gave Sam a chance to fix the car and brought him the printout. He kept the car a week and claimed he replaced the transmission Within a week, I was having the same issue. RPM flying to 4 when Im going 20. I took it to another shop for a second opinion again . Turns out he changed the fluid but kept the same defective transmission. When I asked him for the parts number for the original one and the one he replaced with the warranty within 30 days of doing the work he refused to provide it. I asked where he got the part, he refused to disclose. I asked since the transmission was still under warrant

I took my Baby Natasha ( Black on black Audi A4) to Hazaam and he inspected it for free . Gave me the details and four days and a new transmission later im on the road shifting and riding happy . His word is his bond. He told me not to worry and I'm so thankful for his team. It wasn't cheap but its an AUDI ! Thank you Alamo Transmissions ! Highly recommend them !

To say that Sam took care of me is an understatement. I called while I was on I-10 coming into town explaining what was going on. Sam said bring it to me right now, I couldn’t bring it to him at the moment had to get to the camp sight. Told him i would be there at 8AM the next morning he took down exactly what i needed done, my name and my number. I’m an early riser and was there at 7:40AM. Sam beat me there and was waiting on me. Checked out my transmission went over and beyond on making sure i was ok and if there was anything I needed. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this kind, caring and compassionate shop for anyone’s needs. It wasn’t like a shop visit to me. It seemed to be like friends meeting up (when i didn’t know the guy) other than a big shop wanting money.

I paid $5413.50 and they took my seat out, my catalytic converter is gone, my key with the chip is gone plus 13 other problems it didn't have when it went there. I'm looking for a good lawyer.
